Mandana de LattreHello and welcome to my website! I would like to dedicate this page to introducing myself. I am an ICF-Certified Life Coach (ACC) and a Mental Health Coach. Currently, I am also pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD). My personal life experiences and my long-time fascination with psychology, have led to the decision of becoming a life/mental health coach as well as a clinical psychologist. I am very passionate about helping others to make improvements in their lives/careers in order to reach their potential to be healthier, happier, and more successful. I coach clients, who are interested in working on matters, such as transitioning into a new phase in life, relationships, physical and emotional wellness, losing weight, career, procrastination, time management, self-confidence, and more. Having lived on different continents from the Middle East to Europe, and the United States, has exposed me to different cultures and life experiences, which makes it easier for me to work with people from different walks of life and different cultural backgrounds. Originally, I am from Iran and I used to live in Germany before moving to the U.S. long time ago. Currently, I live in San Francisco with my husband, our daughter, and our small toy poodle. I am continuously gaining new education/training to better myself as a coach as well as a clinical psychologist. In addition to having my own coaching business, I work with Lyra Health, a health care company that connects me with professionals from around the country, who are interested in improving their state of well-being. Currently, I specialize in mental health coaching using evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am very passionate about what I do, and I constantly learn from my clients. I personally love life coaching because it is a very productive and goal-oriented process. I believe that even though sometimes, we go through life events that we cannot control, with courage, willingness, and the right mindset, we can make decisions, set goals and the action steps necessary to change direction, and live our best lives possible. As Carl Jung stated, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become." If you would like to explore life coaching, please contact me so that we can discuss the process and find out whether we are a good match to work on your goals together. I find it the most rewarding when I see my clients succeed.
